Curated is a product operated by Thirty Days LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Curated (mycurated.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of the Service
Curated is a platform for sharing curated recommendations. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you post or share through the service.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of Curated, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Curated. By posting content, you grant Curated a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content through our platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Curated to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Subscription and Billing
Curated offers a free plan and a paid Creator plan at $4 USD per month. The Creator plan includes a 14-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Creator access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. Your collections and picks are never deleted upon cancellation or downgrade. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments already processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@mycurated.space within 7 days of the charge. Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first — we resolve billing issues within 48 hours.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
