Curated is a product operated by Thirty Days LLC, UAE.
Free Trial
All new Creator plan subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Creator subscription at any time from your account settings under Plan. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your Creator access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your account then reverts to the free plan. Your collections and picks are never deleted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments already processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@mycurated.space within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
Billing Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us at hello@mycurated.space. We resolve billing issues within 48 hours. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
